I think this survey will give Telstra a better idea of how to meet the demands of its customers.

Telstra used to be my mobile service provider until I found a cheaper and more efficient alternative at a rival company.

I am very happy now but if Telstra offers a better deal I will consider changing.

Funnily enough I have never been with Telstra, but shared the heartache of my partner and his mum had when they had their phone and internet with them a few years ago. I think it was the minimum wait of of 2 hours to be connected to technical support that turned me off... either that or the fact that the internet was so bad they had to call several times a week for help, and everytime were left waiting on hold that long. Typical scenario: Wake up at 10am - no internet. Call Telstra - your call is in a queue...12pm - partner has to go to uni... I get stuck waiting for the customer service person to pick up for the next half hour, or one or two more hours. And have to pretend to be my partner's Mum because they will only give approval for either him or his mum to talk to Telstra about the account, even when the call is just 'fix the bloody internet you useless fools!'. Never Again.
