missing zoints

I am missing 1200 zoints + 400 for the last survey I did....what is going on with you guys??? If I'm spending my time for nothing I can do better things.

I also have done some Surveys and have had no Zoints added.also no response to emails sent about missing Zoints.

Would like to think they will be added soon.

I think it would be courteous of you guys to at least post something about what is going on (again).  Your feedback would be taken a lot less agressively if we knew what was going on.  We do spend a lot of time on your surveys because we think firstly they are enjoyable and secondly there are rewards, if there were'nt rewards not too many people to would take part, you may find you will get a few unsubscribers because of this, the least you can do is answer our forums with updates.  Please

how long would it take for a reply?

I've sent an email already this morning about my missing zoints (1200+700) but i'd like to know the timing incase my followup email is too soon.

I'm missing the last 2000 points from part 2 & 3 of the Paragon survey / salads & dressings. Those surveys took forever too!

I would still like to know were the points for the farm survey are?  I sent an email on 1/8/08.  No reply

I have a feeling that my zoints balance has gone backwards I could have sworn i was on about 4300ish and the i did the 400zoint survey and when i went back in i only had 4100ish. also i know my mum is now a member and i haven't been given the referal zoints. Is there away to check these things?

If you log in to your account, you can check this by click ing the "account" tab - in between "profile" and "Zoints Shop". Here you will see if there are any Zoints that are missing.

Thanks FC but thats not really what i meant, I wonder if there is any way for the opinions paid people to check if some zoints have gone missing from my account as i can't possably remember all the different surveys i've done.

also there is nothing on that list of my zoints that mentions people i've refered.

hi, i have contacted opinions paid through email 4 times in the lest week and have had no response. i am missing 500 zoits for the oil survey i did over a week ago. can you please tell me when they will be credited and why i am getting no response to my emails. thanks.
