well laid out survey but too long for comfort

i didnt find it long. my email invite said 15 minutes and thats what it took me. i get annoyed when some survey companies say 15 minutes and then it takes like half an hour. i dont think its right to say a 15 minute survey is too long when you knew before you started it that that is how long it would take
In years to come, people may not remember exactly what it was you said or did but they will always remember the way it made them feel.

I agree, although some of us are a bit slower on the keyboard.
