Unfortunately it happens all the time, I have been doing surveys for over a year now and it can be very frustrating at times but I guess they have there set questions(maybe we should be doing surveys on what questions to ask!) some surveys I've done ask for feed back at the end so at least you get to have your say then which I think is a great idea.
