Just checking if the SUNSHINE survey has been delayed. It said on the little piece of paper that accompanied the testing product that the survey would be sent on the 11th of March and as of yet i have not receieved it. I assume perhaps that was due to the long weekend?
I have just logged in and have not received the SUNSHINE survey either.
I received the product last Friday, but not any instructions on how I'm to test it. As far as I could see, in the envelope there was only the bubble-wrapped bottle and nothing else, and unfortunately I've disposed of the envelope so I can't check whether I didn't see something. As a result, I'm wondering what exactly Opionions Paid want me to do! I thought about just using the product on Monday, when it was sunny, however I thought I'd be receiving specific instructions by email or something, so didn't do that.
Can anyone tell me what was on the piece of paper that you received? Did it tell you how and when to test the product?

The only instructions given were
"Please take a minimum of three days to trial the sample. Please apply the sunscreen as you would your normal sunscreen lotion, regardless of the weather. Do not use the product if you are pregnant."
We were to be invited to complete the survey on Monday 11th June, however, I have not yet received my invite. I think the survey needed to be completed by the 18th June?
You need to keep your sample bottle as it has a code on the bottle (4 characters ie 2 letters and 2 digits) that you will need to enter within in survey. Survey will take approximately 25 minutes.
That's basically all the note stated. Hoped this info helps.

i emailed them on the 18th when no survey arrived - heard nothing until yesterday when i got a phone call then today i have 2 survery form links in my email box - the lady sounded surprised when i said i had no link to the survey but obviously i'm not the only one......this might help you though
