I also redeemed my zoints from the forum for a voucher, I have not recieved it. I am sure it will come. Give it a couple of weeks then email them directly. It has taken alot longer than usual, they probably have a backlog and awaiting new vouchers. I am sure it will arrive soon, it will come as registered mail you will have to sign for it, i believe.

you have to be invited to the discussion groups according to my friend, i asked her about it because i wanted to do one
with the vouchers, they take about 3 weeks apparently to arrive to you and they come via registered post
