I have completed the FIN Web survey around primarily chocolate etc and the 600 Zoints have not been credited to my account.

I have not received these zoints either.
Nor have I recieved my 8000 zoints for the online chat room discussion about tsunami.
When can I expect to recieve these zoints?

Project Fin shows as being credited as well. Was there any reason you thought these hadn't gone through properly? Do you know that you can check your account when logged into your Opinions Paid profile?

hi there, i have sat trhough 2 surveys recently and not got one point of the promised amount, then today went through the fin survey and lo and behold, screwed again, no 600 points. would love to know who is getting the points for the surveys i am doing

I just finished this survey as well & pressed submit but it stayed on that page & wouldn't go through so I refreshed it & it said I had done the survey but I never got my 600 points. Seems like a good way to waste our time

I have also checked through your account and everything looks up to date, could you please tell me why you thought you hadn't been awarded Zoints for other surveys?
The only recent survey in there with zero Zoints is "wpar". This didn't pay in Zoints and was an entry into a prize draw.
