can't access Zoints Shop

I have been trying to access the Zoints Shop for the past couple of months and get the following when I click on the link:

"You do not have sufficient rights to access that resource.

Please login from the sidebar."

I am clearly logged in to my account (I have even tried signing out then back in and that doesnt work) and I clearly have enough points (5030 at the moment)

 
Very frustrating...So what is the problem?

  I read your post I would write to them and tell them you cant get into the zoints shop tell them what message you are getting they should fix the problem

i have also tried to access the zoints shop and get the same message. i am logged into my account as well and i know i have enough zoints (20,000 plus) i would like to know what is going on

do you have an address for them, everytime i try to e-mail them a pop-3 error comes up
