I thught the survey interesting. I am with Telstra and would have to think a hundred times before changing. I've been in several situations where my Telstra phone was the only one that received a signal! My hubby's work phone used to be Tesltra and it was great. They moved to Optus and he has a huge fallout rate and missed calls, often is out of range and generally he hates it! Some of my kids are on Optus prepaid for the freetime but they hate the fallout rate and missed calls too.

Yeah ! I totally agree with you. I'm sticking with my Optus 3G, no Telstra NextG for me, and especially not anything Telstra !
As soon as I selected Optus 3G they kicked me off.
I'm sure Foxtel is part of their conglomerate, I can't get any other Pay TV at my residence, so I've been waiting 6 years for Foxtel to connect me, without any luck, others in my block of units already have theirs connected but not mine, "its just too difficult", they say. Then I say to myself, "at least I've saved about $60 a month not having it".

I got sent to the end after I responded that my mobile service was with "3".  So I'm not sure what their criteria is for the survey. From what I've read of people's comments, I would have thought it would people who aren't with Telstra, to see if they would be amendable to change over.  But obviously not.
