fingers survey

I think something is possibly wrong with the "fingers" survey I was just completing.

I qualified to participate, and I was completing the questions, then it suddenly went back to one of the previous sections, and then when i answered the questions it told me I didn't qualify and the survey ended.

Was this supposed to happen?

I am having a different issue, in that it will not allow me to make a mark on the lines?  This survey seems flawed.

I often have the same problem with the "lines" answers and sometimes cannot complete the survey. But this time I pressed next, got the error message and then it worked. Hope this helps.

the lines wouldnt work for me in the firefox browser, so i tried it in MSIE and it worked a treat.

still didnt get all my points for finishing the survey though :(

I completed about 70% of this survey and it suddenly said that I didn't qualify and I was awarded 50 zoints.  I immediately emailed the OpinionsPaid people and they wrote back in less than 24 hours with the following: 

Thank you for your email.

This was a technical fault at our end.

We are organising a manual credit to your account for the full 300 Zoints for this survey.

Thank you very much for completing what you could of the survey.

 

 Therefore, I would suggest dropping them an email...I hope this helps.
