Quite sneaky that they did not say that 3G is Telstra in the beginning of the survey...because I sure would have changed my answers if I had known!! I will never give them my business, no matter what, for a number of reasons that I had better not put here...but that's my opinion!!

I agree. There was no destintion between "Next 3G mobile phones" and "Telstra". Telstra should NEVER have been privatised.

When I said that my mobile was Next G it went to the finish so I guessed that it was all about those who were on another service. Lets face ti, they are all a "G", it just depends on what they call it 3G, NextG or anyG. Like many of these surveys they encourage you to lie and pick the answeres that you think will take you further instead of being "cut off at the pass". Opinions Paid are starting to become just one great waste of time to me.

I with you on that one, they will never get my business either....at least I finally got to answer a full suvey for a change though...and got to say a few negative things about 3G as well.....dont remember the last time I didnt get chucked off near the beginning of a survey.

These suurveys are about the truth, not lies from people who just want the points.

I I agree with you completely. I had a telstra handset once & as soon as the time was up I put my vodafone sim in it. Telstra is too expensive.

I Totally agree with you. Companies who don't treat their staff well do not get my business

Very sneaky I stated I was with Vodafone Other. Just yesterday I was enquiring about 3G but certainly not with Telstra. I would like to get rid of my landline with them too. No service, too expensive and too much of a monopoly. I guess by saying this I have answered some quiestions for them, and like the others I am finding these surveys an absolute waste of time. No points no gain lots of pain!!!

I agree!!. Telstra is one of my pet hates & I was surprised to see that it is not just me that feels this way. After reading everyones opinions it seems that Telstra is not a well thought of company. They will never get my business back  - they are too expensive & yet they still persist & ring me every few weeks to try & get me back with so called "good deals". As far as I am concerned any company that sends out 2 statements every month telling me I am in $0.01 credit when I have asked them repeatedly to stop is not a company worth dealing with & that is just the tip of the iceberg with them, however I won't bore you with further details.  It was good though to be able to bag Telstra once again!! Telsta nextG what a joke!!

and I am hating the fact they are using a song often confused with our national anthem for advertising..

"We are Australian" is not representative of Telstra, they are Americans running the place. (3 amigos)

I too thought i was on the 3G network, but later realised i am actually on Next G - so i am not sure whether i would have qualified or not.  I think Telstra is expensive, but i couldn't be happier with the level of cover i get.  I almost always have network coverage.

I have been with Telstra since i got my first mobile phone (like 10 years ago) and have never had a problem with them.  The house phone is with them too and haven't had a problem... i have NextG on my mobile and personally, can't see what the difference is between it and my old phone that didn't have it...
