I think it happened about few days ago.

Same thing happened to me, i have got in touch with OP and they where good enough with a quick reply, but i am still not clear by their reply why i still have over 1000 zoints missing, errors have been made while adjustments where done about Farm survey, but iam not happy jan till i see my missing zoints added to my account. hope this is done soon
