    Silly questions

I have to question the logic of this survey. After saying I knew the name Next G but knew nothing about it, I was asked to list what I know about it! Urrr....

Then, after I said  I knew nothing and was not interested I was asked to select features of Next G that would be useful to me/interested me. There was no option for "None of the above" and I wasn't allowed to continue the survey without selecting at least one feature, so had to provide false information.

Oh yes, there was another question or two which asked about my previous mobile service. There was no option to say that I have had no previous mobile service. Perhaps it's unusual to not have been with several mobile services, but I don't particularly like mobile phones and only have one for extreme emergencies and I'm sure there are a few other people like me out there! (In fact, I know a few of them personally...)

    Very silly!!

I had exactly the same comments as you!

Apparently this survey just wasn't written for people like us who aren't that interested in having the latest and greatest phone technology.

Exactly!  I said I knew nothing about it and so they show me a picture of a logo and then suddenly expect that I know something about it????

    Re: Silly questions

I agree, it asked one question like "what feature by next g is over and above the service you get from 3g?" and there was no option for "none". When i clicked next without answering it said i had to pick one, so that i just picked any to get through otherwise i couldn't go further! So they forced me to make a false claim. Of course 3 is way better than telstra. Telstra is crappy service, and too expensive. I'm getting sick of opinions paid always forcing our hand on surveys. They never think of the questions from people's point of view that have never had experience with the product or don't like it.
