    "Your Source"- Frustrating!!!

    As a member of Colmar Brunton (now Opinion Paid & Your Source) for over 15 years, I was wondering if anybody else is frustrated by the changes made to the business? It's now so frustrating:

    • Getting called 5 or 6 times for the same survey in the space of 2-3 days (that you don't even qualify for!)
    • Being asked 10mins worth of questions over the phone to find out you don't qualify for the survey anyway!!!!
    • Being paid Vouchers rather than CASH!!!!!!!!  Why????????
    • Having to call Melbourne to re-schedule an appointment, when the person I was speaking to was sitting at the desk in Sydney, checking names off the list in front of her! Hello people! Why do I have to call Melbourne- You have a call centre there? Get your act together!!! Changing appointments is now not worth the effort....If you cant make it....dont bother calling- the message gets lost after speaking to 4 different people in different cities anyway!
    • Whenever you do call Melbourne, you're put on hold for 10 mins anyway!!!! SIMPLY crap service...

    I don't know about you but I've noticed most of these changes have occurred since "Your Source" took over or the name was changed....

    I'm thinking there are plenty of other market research companies out there who pay better and are better organised businesses than what is currently going on with this mob! Do your research on the net and find a better option!!!

    I'm disappointed that they have stuffed up what was a pretty good thing!

    I'm sorry that you have had some bad experience with us recently, please accept our apologies.

    As each panel member should only be contacted once to see if they should qualify for research, I have done a search on your phone number. I have found that you have two accounts with us - two OpinionsPaid accounts with two different email addresses also.
