no points for uni survey

i just completed the uni survey and was congratulated for completing it and awarded 0 points - charming, what is the point

 I have gotten that few times, it must be one of those surveys where you are entered into a competition hope that helps

i have completed surveys and same thing has happened but when survey is closed i have recieved points ,if this does not happen chase your points up . quoting date survey was completed and as mutch detail as possible about survey it helps in tracking down whats happened.
